Day 112

--Off to Kefalonia, Greece! Nikki and I are going on a mini vacation to Greece before we briefly head back to Florence, and then leave for home. After some screaming children on our bus to Pisa and on our very cheap Ryanair flight from Pisa to Kefalonia, we finally made it to our adorable little apartment in Argostoli. We have a nice view of the water and some mountains with windmills across the way.

We walked around the town to the main square, where we met a little Greek man named Spyros. He was a shop owner, quite the talker, and very excited to see people from the US, as his son currently lives in New York. He was adorable, and was extremely happy to tell us the places to eat real Greek food, to give us the best price on anything at his shop, and to answer any of our questions.

In the evening, we made scrambled eggs with some veggies(thank the heavens! No more hard boiled eggs for me!), and watching nothing other than My Big Fat Greek Wedding.

Such a great start to the end of this experience.
